Here you will find common questions about our self-guided journals. At From Mamma's Heart, we believe in providing clear and helpful information to assist you in making the best choice for your needs. We hope these FAQs address your concerns.

Our customers frequently ask:

  • Is there room for photos or keepsakes?
    • There is room for you to write, to draw, to create, or place pictures, memories, or person items.   These are yours, you can do whatever feels right in the moment with them.
  • What size are these?
    • Our journals are all in a 6x9 size.  Perfect for travel, play, or relaxation.
  • Are these printed in colour?
    • These all come in a color print.   Perfect to highlight the moment, and to help prompt you to create.

Regarding shipping, returns, and payments, customers often ask:

  • How long will this take to get to me? Please allow approximately 10-14 business days for shipping. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date, as we do not have control over the courier once our product leaves our hands.
  • Do you ship outside of Canada?  We only ship from this website specifically within Canada at this time.  For outside of Canada, we are available on Amazon, to help provide our products outside of the borders.
  • How Do I Know If My Order Was Shipped? A tracking number will be provided by email once the order has been shipped.

What makes your self-guided journals different from other journals they might find online or in stores?

  • Our journals are handwritten by myself, right here at home at my kitchen table. The thought and reflection to the actual situation in reference actually goes into these, from one Mom's heart to anothers. Our journals are not AI written.

What is your return policy?

  • Returns will only be accepted if received 7 days after your delivery date, for damages incurred during shipping.  The product must be unopened and unused, and on a case-by-case preapproved basis to be eligible for returns.   If you discover that your product is damaged upon receipt, you must contact us as soon as possible to start your return authorization.
